Food Assistance:
- May receive food assistance once a week
- All of the following is required upon first visit & annually in order to determine eligibility:
- Applicant photo ID
- Proof of local residency in Ventura County (e.g. Gas/Light/Phone bill/Cable bill, or Mail Postmarked within the last 30 days)
- ID for children under 18 years of age (e.g. MediCal Card, School ID, or Birth Certificate)
- Statement of income within the last 30 days (e.g. Pay Stub, Cash Aid/CalFresh, Unemployment, or SSI/SSDI)
- USDA Commodities available – no required documents
